To open the forum, Chief AI Officer Manish Parashar shared that the university is weeks away from a campus-wide release of ChatGPT Edu. “We are working on the technical issues of the rollout—making sure it is securely, robustly accessible to everybody across the community—and we expect it to be online in a few weeks,” he said. David Hawkins, manager for AI technology services, covered additional details about the tool's deployment and others that will likely follow—Google Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio, and Google NotebookLM.
