Accessing Gemini

For access, submission of the AI Access Request Form and agreement to the University’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) are required. Click for access and further details.

University of Utah Health workforce members—and academic personnel involved in patient care—must use the HIPAA-secure Gemini environment.

Signing In

A ServiceNow web form and acceptable use policy acknowledgment is required before using Gemini.
Open your web browser and navigate to https://gemini.google.com
Select the Sign in button at the top right corner of the screen
Enter your uNID@gcloud.utah.edu email address
On the login page, enter your uNID and university password
Approve the Duo two-factor authentication request
You will be redirected to Gemini and can begin using the service
