AI Bridges Systems and Saves Time
At University Connected Learning, artificial intelligence is helping overcome one
of the most persistent challenges in higher education: systems that don’t communicate
well with each other. Taber Tang, Program Coordinator, shared how AI has streamlined
intersystem communication, turning a time-consuming process into a quick and efficient
task.
Previously, the team spent two to three full days manually submitting Outlook events
for classes each semester. With AI, that work now takes just three hours for one team
member. This dramatic improvement frees staff to focus on higher-value tasks and reduces
the risk of errors.

“I built this solution myself,” Taber explains. “It took a lot of tinkering and retrying,
but the payoff has been incredible.”
By automating repetitive processes and bridging gaps between systems, AI is helping
the team work smarter and faster, ultimately improving operations across the board.
